We follow a diet plan, directly or indirectly. But have we thought on this question? What is diet? Diet is controlling your food intake.

Peoples are more and more suffering from overweight or underweight problem. So the need of controlling it emerging from ages. Many options are available to control it few are as follows,

1)      Exercise: Exercise is known from ancient ages, it is the used as primary weapon against the overweight problem. But it requires tedious body energy use. And it requires dedication for it also and certain time. People generally get out of focus from it normally. And also it is only for losing weight, for increasing weight; again you need something else to try out.

2)      Electronic equipments are also made for specific areas, like abdominal, some electronic belts or home walker are present, but they are not trustworthy always.

3)      Walking or Running is also used by many people’s for losing weight, again it is limited to overweight peoples. But it is a very good option for keeping you healthy.

So beside these options peoples started thinking about the food intake control and food replacement. So many people thought, taking very less food (Minimal only to keep them alive). But it didn’t work. People started getting ill and frustrated due to it. So the science of diet emerges from it.

Everything, which is admired by many people, is researched by great peoples and it is also called as science. So the Diet science came, when people needed it badly. A trade off also get generated as quick diet. We will talk about it later in the article. So people started counting the exact energy food gives in calories, and many spin offs like 1200 calorie diet to lose weight emerges from it. It states about how much calories you need in a day, and how to distribute your food to cater it.

Benefits of the diet

Diet is not only used to lose weight but also used to gain weight. Diet doesn’t mean you need to stop eating food; it generally speaks about how to control your daily intake, and what to eat and what not to eat. So it benefits your body as well as your health also. Diet tells about avoiding the food which is harmful for your body. Like junk food, this provides you calorie value, but also UN necessary for your body, and increase waste only. So here we focus not only on calorie value of the food but also on quality and value of the food to human body. So resulting in perfect balance.

1000 calories diet: A spin off of diet, which suggest eating only 1000 calories a day. But don’t get fooled by it. Your body requires more and always use custom diet for you.

Choosing a diet for you is a critical work. Copying anyone diet will not help you, as it is suited for other person. It is always good to get a custom diet for yourself from an expert. Before going to any diet expert know your height weight ratio. And then decide upon your diet.

People are always fond of quick things like quick weight loss diet. So the thinking process started of scientist to introduce a quick weight loss diets. Many products are available for food replacement to do a quick dieting. But it’s a drought able thing to have a quick diet. Always use a full proof , long planned, custom diet plan.
