Health is concern of each person today’s life. From small school going children to a 90 year old man worries about his health. And always do best he or she can to keep their health in balance. It very simple if you are healthy you are fine. If any disease comes in your body, you will lose your health, mental peace and money too. So it’s always better to be healthy than being miserable in life. So people becoming more and more concern about their health are actually a good sign. And doing a diet is one of the plan for being healthy.

Another concern peoples have is a good shaped body, everybody wants it. Who will dram about her/himself in a fat looks? I have seen peoples who are just average, but literally dying to get a good shape body. Exercise is must do thing to get a good shaped body, but there is another one method, by implanting which we will get good health too and that is 1500 calorie diet. We have talked about 1200 calorie diabetic diet before, and stated that it is best to do, then why this one. We will go through the reasons soon.

Why 1500 calorie diet?

As stated in other article, 1200 calorie diet is best you can get. But still we are saying 1500 one is good one. It’s a matter of class, some peoples are naturally average in body size and height, for them 1200 is perfect one. But for those who are bigger and heighted in nature, 1200 means starving. So for those people 1500 calorie diets will be best they can imply. And also 1500 only have 300 calories more. But still it makes a difference for many peoples. So the strategy does not changes, only the calorie count changes.

1500 calorie diet plan

1500 diet plan is not rigorous one in nature. You just need to focus on the calorie count. Few basic things to do as homework first is
1) know yours eating habits: Means it doesn’t say just don’t eat sweets or the food you like (If you like junk food then remember it’s a big no-no in every diet). You need to refine them, than neglecting them.
2) Know the calorie count of your basic food: First make the calorie count of your daily food first. You may find that it’s too much more than required or somewhat more. Also take calorie count of your favourite food.
3) Now we have to divide the 1500 calories according to our diet plan. We can divide it as follows,
   300 calories in your breakfast
   500 calories in lunch
   350 calories in evening snacks
   250 calories in dinner
   100 calories are reserved for in day tea, coffee etc,
4) Here the plan and 1500 calorie diet menu is not rigorous, you can change it according to your needs. Just don’t increase the dinner calories, as it will affect your weight more. Also if you find you are adding few more calories in plan like say 50 more calories, go ahead. Just don’t add more than 100. You can say this as 1600 calorie diet plan.

Few things to remember

1) Diet is not replacement for exercise. You need to continue your regular exercise.
2) Before starting the diet, consult an expert. You may be suited for other diet plan better.
3) Diet does not mean starving. If you feel starving after this plan, stop it. Create a custom plan for yourself. Also if you have diabetic please refer to a 1500 calorie diabetic diet custom plan.
A Good diet plan is always helpful. Not a copy of others diet plan. So always make your own according to your needs.
