2)      Do at least 10 minutes walking. 10 minutes walk a day can save you from many diseases. So always do it.

3)      Avoid oilier or spicier food. Also less the cheese, less is the fat.

a)      It is not necessary to starve yourself to do a diet.

b)      Not always this diet is perfect for you.

c)       Pregnant women should not do this diet.

e)      You can choose or replace the food as per you like.

f)       Diet is not the only way to control your weight.

g)      Exercise is necessary in this method also.
