So what’s the 1000 calorie diet menu?
In very simple plan, 1000 calories diet will be divided like this,
- Breakfast: Always eat calculated 200 calories. Don’t eat anything beyond that.
- Lunch: Max to max 300 calories. Which will completes the half quota for you.
- Mid Afternoon: Drink only shakes which will provide 250 calories.
- Evening: A cup of tea will suffice to 40-50 calories.
- Dinner: How much remaining? 200 calories. Eat those here.
The worst thing here is that. You don’t know what gives you how much calories. And you follow this thing with some guesses, and it doesn’t work. The thinking behind it is, is the system will work at all? No. A person needs bare quantity of calorie to live. If he doesn’t eat enough, he going to lose the weight, but at the cost of health. So to get healthy again, you need to eat more. And you will regain your weight in no time.
